RETURN POLICY INFORMATION
If your item was purchased online, please return it by mail to our office.
You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria in our Return Policy (See Guidelines below). This policy applies only to purchases made directly from www.cosmetichealthcenter.com.
Mail
We will do our best to process your return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days. Refunds usually post to the credit card within 72 hours. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.
Follow these directions to return by mail:
1. Include all original packing materials with the product to avoid any additional fees.
2. Include the original mailing label with your product and indicate the reason for the return. We recommend you return items via UPS ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
3. We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees if the product was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped.
4. If the product was not damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, you are responsible for all shipping charges.
5. Please do not return items COD. Any charges incurred by Cosmetic Health for COD shipments will be subtracted from the amount of the returned item. You will be returned the difference. If the COD cost exceeds the value of the returned product, the credit card used for the original purchase will be charged for the remaining balance.
6. Returns of gift with purchase items, quantity discounts and bundle purchases have specific guidelines for determining your return price.

GUIDELINES
You may return merchandise purchased at www.cosmetichealthcenter.com if it meets the guidelines below.
You may return merchandise by mail to our main office. All returns must be made in original condition and approved prior to return if personalized. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below. Merchandise exchanges may be approved depending on the product and personalization. 30-Day Return Period
Thirty days from the date merchandise was received.
Exceptions
The following items are not returnable:

• Items that are abused
• Items that are used

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, and/or accessories (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you return a damaged or defective item by mail, you will receive a credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item online.
